Snow Equipment Operator
Seasonal, on-call work. Experience is helpful, but newer operators may be trained when they show the right attitude, dependability, and ability to learn.
Sidewalk Crew / Shoveler
On-call winter work that can include overnight shifts and early mornings. Crews clear commercial sidewalks, entrances, walkways, loading docks, and steps during winter events.
Senior Equipment Operator / Site Supervisor
Built for experienced snow professionals with five or more years of experience who can operate equipment while managing people, trucks, loaders, sidewalk crews, and the demands of a large commercial site.
Snow Subcontract Crews
IndusCo works with established 1099 contractors, LLCs, and S-Corps that carry their own insurance and can commit for the winter season. Trucks, skid loaders, wheel loaders, salters, brine sprayers, and sidewalk crews can all have a place depending on the site.
Entry-Level Commercial & Industrial Painter
A year-round opportunity for someone who wants to learn commercial painting while building experience across different facilities and projects. Prior painting experience is not required for every entry-level opening.
Entry-Level Epoxy Floor Technician
A year-round role with on-the-job training in epoxy and specialty flooring systems. Team members can also participate in snow operations during winter weather.
Seasoned Painter / Epoxy Technician
Designed for experienced professionals with five or more years in commercial painting, epoxy flooring, industrial coatings, or related work.
Pay, Training, and Work You Can Count On
- Bi-weekly pay, always on the books.
- Paid training and certifications.
- Year-round employment across painting/epoxy and snow.
- Pay differential for crews who can run a whole site.
- Meals, organized dispatch, communication, and supervisors on site throughout snow events.
- Quick pay for subcontractors.
Responsibilities Can Include:
- Clearing sidewalks, entrances, walkways, loading docks, and steps at commercial properties.
- Operating snow equipment during winter events.
- Supporting commercial painting, epoxy flooring, and coatings projects.
- Learning additional equipment and job-site responsibilities as your skills develop.
- Working nights, weekends, early mornings, or extended hours when project schedules and snow events require it.
- For senior snow operators, managing equipment, crews, and activity across an entire commercial site.
- For subcontract crews, supporting dedicated commercial snow sites throughout the winter season.
Qualifications:
- You must be reliable and able to report during storms.
- You must be comfortable working outdoors in cold weather for snow positions.
- Sidewalk crew members must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Transportation to and from job locations is required.
- Snow team members must be willing to work long hours when conditions require it.
- Snow team members need schedule flexibility because storm timing can change quickly.
- Entry-level painting and epoxy candidates can be trained on the job.
- Senior snow operators should have five or more years of relevant experience and the ability to manage people as well as equipment.
- Seasoned painter and epoxy technician candidates should have five or more years of relevant experience.
- Subcontract crews must operate as a 1099 contractor, LLC, or S-Corp, carry their own insurance, and commit to the winter season.
- Applicants must have a valid driver’s license where the position requires driving or equipment operation.
- Some IndusCo projects include government and controlled-access facilities, so job-specific citizenship and background requirements may apply.
